Uniform Dressing

The subject of uniform dressing is something i've broached often in the past on this very blog, and to tell you the truth, i could write a whole essay on it. But i will refrain. The one thing i will say though, is the more experimenting you do with trends, the more you realize that, at the end of the day, some of them just aren't "you" and you organically start gravitating toward what feels just right when you put it on. Like one of my all-time favorite style icons Emanuelle Alt -- her daily sartorial efforts are basically different variances on the same theme and she always looks fresh and stunning and more importantly: comfortable in her own skin.
